These terms apply when you order from Top Star Trading LLC through this website. By sending an order or quote request, you agree to them.
Orders
- Sending your order on WhatsApp is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
- Please check that a product fits your car before ordering. If you are unsure, ask us on WhatsApp with your car's make, model and year.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where VAT applies.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your cart before you send the order.
- Payment is cash on delivery, by bank transfer, or with a payment link, unless we agree another method with you.
Delivery
- We deliver within the UAE. We will tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm your order.
- You can also collect your order free of charge from one of our stores, during its opening hours. Please bring your order reference; we may ask to see the card you paid with.
- Please check your items when they arrive and tell us about any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
Your account
- An account is optional. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so please keep your email account secure.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Wholesale
- Wholesale and trade prices are quoted individually on request. A quote is valid for the period stated in it, or 7 days if no period is stated.
Warranty
- Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. Ask us for the warranty period of a product before buying.
- The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accidents or normal wear.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our returns and refunds policy.
Liability
We are responsible for providing the products as described. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation by others, or by using a product for something it was not made for. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
