This policy explains how Top Star Trading LLC ("we", "us") handles your personal data when you use this website or order from us. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

What we collect
- Your order or quote: the products and quantities you choose.
- The details you type at checkout: your name, mobile number, emirate, delivery area and note (optional). For wholesale requests also your business name, contact name, trade licence number and city.
- Your WhatsApp number and messages, when you contact us or send your order on WhatsApp.
- Your name and mobile number, if you ask us to tell you when a sold-out product is back in stock. We delete these requests within a year.
- If you choose to create an account: your email address, the details and delivery addresses you save, which orders belong to it, and the devices you are signed in on (browser and phone type only). You sign in with a code we email you; we don't keep passwords. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which removes these details; orders stay in our sales records as described below.
We do not ask for card details on this website, and we do not collect more than we need.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To confirm, prepare, deliver and support your order, and to answer your questions. This is needed to fulfil our agreement with you.
- To send wholesale quotes you request, at your request.
- To message you on WhatsApp about your order, or when a product you asked about is back in stock, because you asked us to.
- To keep sales and tax records we must keep by law, such as VAT records.
- To protect our website from misuse, which is in our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to profile you.
Who we share it with
- WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages you send us.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the order log on our behalf.
- The delivery company or driver who brings your order, who receives your name and delivery details.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on their own safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies and your browser
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart and the details you typed are saved only in your own browser, so they are still there if you come back. You can remove them with "Forget my details on this device" in the cart, or by clearing your browser's site data.
If you sign in to an account, one essential cookie keeps you signed in on that device for up to 60 days, or until you sign out. It is not used for anything else.
If you choose a language with the English / Arabic button, one cookie remembers your choice for a year, so the shop opens in that language next time. It is not used for anything else.
We count visits anonymously and without cookies (for example how many people visited, which products were viewed and which website they came from). Internet addresses are not stored, and visitors cannot be recognised from one day to the next.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as needed for the order, delivery, warranty and returns. Sales and VAT records are kept for as long as UAE law requires. After that, we remove your name and contact details from our records.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it.

Security
Every page of this website uses an encrypted connection (https), so what you type can't be read on the way. We keep your data on a secured server, outside the public part of the website, with access limited to us and protected by a strong password, two-step sign-in and other safeguards. Your name, mobile number and address are stored encrypted.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
